Joint Interim Revenue Committee Meeting

The purpose of this meeting is to continue the Committee's interim work. The Committee will discuss bill drafts regarding property tax issues, excise tax administration issues, and the Wyoming State Board of Equalization. The Committee will also receive a presentation from consultants who conducted a study related to converting Wyoming's property tax system to a system based on the acquisition value of the property. The Committee will consider a presentation pertaining to tax limits from several County Assessors. The Committee will further receive an update from the Department of Revenue regarding the Property Tax Refund Program.
